She loved to flip people off, always called most people she loved Big Back or Biggie. She was the most adventurous and outgoing girl. She had a love of going "fast" whether it be bike riding, skate boarding, roller blading you name it.

Sky Lynn Baker, beloved daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on July 14, 2024, at the age of 12. She was born in Bakersfield, CA, on October 6, 2011, and most recently resided in Edmond, OK.
Sky was a vibrant and adventurous girl who lived life to the fullest. Her favorite hobbies included bike riding, playing Roblox, baking, swimming, and exploring the world around her. She had a love for going "fast" and enjoyed activities like skateboarding, rollerblading, and more. Sky's courage, creativity, curiosity, and confidence defined her personality, making her a joy to be around.
In addition to her love for adventure, Sky cherished her family and considered home with them as her favorite place in the world. She was a proud member of the GSA Sports community organization and had a passion for helping others.
Sky had a unique sense of humor and was known for her favorite quotes and sayings like "Biggie," "What you lookin at," "Boo," "Girl be for REAL," and "Byee." She had a loving and caring personality and brought light and laughter into the lives of those around her. Sky's proudest accomplishments were her kind and independent nature, which made her a role model for many.
Sky is survived by her mother, Jamie Baker; father, Devon Baker; brothers, Devon Baker Jr. and Ty Baker; sister, Jaylee Baker; maternal grandfather, James Bates; paternal grandfather, Donald Baker; paternal grandmother, Mitzy Baker; aunt, Kasie Simpson; uncle, Brian Simpson; cousins, Delaney Baker, Rylynn Baker, Nikolas Simpson, and Landon Coker, along with numerous extended family and friends.
Though she is no longer with us, Sky Lynn Baker will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Her memory will be treasured by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to GSA Sports in Sky's memory.
