He was the cherished son of Courtney Walker and Paris Shelton, who nurtured and supported him throughout his bright yet brief journey.

Sincere was a sophomore at Dunbar High School, where he excelled as a track star, earning admiration not only for his athletic prowess but also for his unwavering dedication and sportsmanship. His passion for track was evident in every race, as he sprinted with a determination and spirit that inspired both teammates and competitors alike.

Beyond the track, Sincere was a young man of immense warmth and humor.
