Silvia Magdalena Barker, born on July 19, 1960, in Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz, Germany, passed away on August 29, 2024, in Americus, GA. She was the beloved wife of Willie Barker and devoted mother to her children: Michella (Brian) Baldock, Stanley Lewandowski, and Genove (Sammy) Prince. Silvia took immense pride in her role as a grandmother to Marlena Lewandowski, Briana Baldock, Anthony Baldock, Ra’Shawn Prince, Samira Lewandowski, Roselynn, and Izabella Lewandowski.

A lifelong Catholic, Silvia was actively involved in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, where she found community and purpose. Her caring and loving nature extended beyond her family; she was known for her genuine compassion toward others. Silvia cherished her time spent with her family, as there was no place she loved more than being with them.

Her favorite pastimes included enjoying peanuts and chocolate, and she found joy in her hobbies related to church activities. Family was at the heart of her life, and her legacy lives on through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Silvia is also survived by her siblings, nieces, and a nephew, who will forever remember her warmth and kindness. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
