Shirley Ann Whitley

Shirley was born a blessing to Hiram and Margie Carter on 12/11/56 in Jacksonville Florida where she then attended Forest high School where she excelled at track and field and was crowned homecoming queen her senior year graduating in 1974 there after she worked as Clay county sheriff's dispatcher until later joining her siblings in Orlando Florida there she furthered her education of Valencia college and then work for many years as a paralegal before disabilities brought her retirement.

Shirley was a kind loving gentle soul who knew no enemies she loved her family and cherished being a mother she leaves behind her wonderful husband Chaz two loving children Kimberly and Michael and five adoring grandchildren Jaden Kyla Ethan Michael and Taylor along with ants uncles cousins nieces and nephews all of whom lives are left emptier without her although she is gone she will forever remain in our hearts.
