Sherry Kirks Long., 81.of Denver City,Tx died Wednesday , May 21, 2025 at her residence.
Ms. Long was a beloved daughter, grandmother, and a cherished Mother.
She was a Veteran who served 15 in the U.S. Army and retired honorably as sergeant first class. She was part of the Vietnam counteroffensive for both phase I and II, Sanctuary counteroffensive and Vietnam counteroffensive phase VII during our nation's heaviest losses.
Upon retirement, she enjoyed helping others.
Survivors include her only child/daughter, Mischele Kirks Curry and Daughter Husband Marvin Terrill Curry, Grandchildren Natasha Le’Shell Curry, Britany Terrill Curry, Tyrel Malachi Curry and Darion Eugene Curry. Sherry also has a bundle of Great Grandchildren.
Sherry, will now be resting with her Mother and Father with God.
The Family has decided to honor Sherry wishes and cremate her.
