Shaun Daune Respress, known affectionately as Sidecar to his Royal Aces Brothers and Sister and Casper, to his friends from the block. He passed away on September 13, 2024, in Los Angeles, CA, at the age of 58. Born on November 11, 1965, in Los Angeles, Shaun spent his life in the city he loved.

Shaun was a dedicated limo driver for many years, known for his friendly demeanor and exceptional service. He embraced life with enthusiasm, enjoying his favorite pastimes of roller skating, playing dominos, and engaging in strategic games of chess. Music was a significant part of Shaun's life, with a particular fondness for the sounds of Miles Davis.

Shaun's love for the Los Angeles Lakers and the Dodgers was always seen as he always sported a Dodger ball cap or a Laker Jersey as he proudly cheered for his teams. His true passion, however, lay in riding his Harley Davidson, which brought him immense joy and freedom on the open road.

Shaun will be remembered for his warm spirit, love for life, and the memories he created with family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Keith leaves to cherish his memory, his children: Jessica Ryan, Shaunice Respress, and Shauntel Respress; his parents: Frankin Delano Respress (Deceased) and Margaret Catherine Jan; two sisters Tia Thorpe of Temecula, CA, and Blanca Soriano of San Pedro, CA; two brother Rodney Tolbert (Deceased) and Oscar Oliveras of Thousand Oaks, CA. (six nephews: Deante Dupree, Keith Sampson, Adrian Jimenez, Kai Thorpe, Kamari Thorpe, and Joseph Perez; One niece: Josayla Perez and a host of aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.
