Sharon Ann Underwood, age 64, of Knoxville, TN, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2024. She was born on April 2, 1959, in Knoxville, TN, to Barbara and Nathaniel Underwood.

Sharon was a beloved member of the community and was known for her outgoing personality. She had a way of making everyone feel welcomed and loved. Her warm smile and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Sharon was a devoted mother to 2 beautiful children her daughter Chemyra Cates and Son Bryan Underwood a proud grandmother to her granddaughter April Cates. Family was incredibly important to Sharon, and she cherished the time spent with her loved ones.

She leaves behind her brothers, Clarence and David Underwood, cousins Joyce Ann, John Lee Ronnie Eugene ,Linda Parker/Hester, Brenda Parker/Hackler, Neice- Tan and Nephew -Jamar Underwood , Sherri (Richard) Yarbrough, Stephanie Underwood who will forever hold her memory close. And many, many friends and family to numerous to name.

Sharon's legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known her. She will be remembered for her infectious joy and her ability to make others feel special. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
