Shanna Ann Gardner Brooks Stone, affectionately known as "Shon," was born on August 18, 1977, in Chicago, IL. She passed away on December 16, 2024, in Jesup, GA, where she had made her home.

Shon dedicated her career to helping others, working as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and later as a Lead Teacher. Her proudest accomplishments included bringing joy to those around her and ensuring that everything ran smoothly in her professional and personal life. She was known for her bubbly personality, which brightened the days of everyone she encountered.

Shon is survived by her loving husband, Kevin Stone, and their four children: Brianna, Arianna, Jalon, and Javon. She was also a cherished grandmother to five grandchildren: Keystein, Avyanna, Jalil, Ki’Yanna, and Kizeir, who brought immense joy to her life.

In addition to her immediate family, Shon leaves behind her mother and father, De'Borah Brissette and Joseph Gardner with loving siblings and marital ones, Aisha and John Burnside, Wayne and Alyssa Brissette, Brittany Brissette-Kappler and Mike Kappler, Terrence and Leah Brissette, Kimberly Gardner, many nieces and nephews, including Gabriele Palmore, Gavin Palmore, Wayne Brissette III, Macarea Kappler, Uriah Brissette, Azalya Brissette, and Zyaire Brissette, Aunts and Uncles, Eryn Brissette, Justin and Amy Brissette, Jerry Hinton, Jimmy Hinton, and Dana McClure, ect. She also leaves behind countless loving friends she called family.

Shon's impact on the lives of others was profound, as she spread love and happiness wherever she went. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
