I would have to say, the one thing he did most was read. Usually involving himself in several different books, across a variety of topics. He never read Novels. He said Novels are just stories, true or false no matter. "Ive already got stories, more-so than need be. What I seek, is knowledge, and wisdom. It use to be that I searched for answers to some of Life's greatest mysteries and questions. However, I found that for each plausible answer I gained, two more equally mysterious and seemingly impossible questions arose in its place."
In the 5 years that I've known him he never really was much for eating. He seemed to live off Doritos Skittles and sour patch kids, chased with either coffee or mountain dew. I recall him telling me on one of our first dates while waiting to be served at Claim Jumpers steak house, "I've always feared getting fat,and since working out and lifting weights is hard I figure a diet of sugar and caffeine should keep my metabolism running high, and my motivation at it's peak without the risk of adding unwanted pounds."
Sean loved all kinds of music, but favored two genres in particular. Heavy Metal, and Classical. Well these two genres may seem completely opposite, Sean felt that heavy metal was the modern day equivalent of classical music simply plugged in and amplified. I remember him saying "if Beethoven were alive today he would have a Jackson electric guitar and he would be the king of Heavy metal shredders."
Sean believed in only one rule. The law that encompasses all religiouns and supercedes all that is, was or ever will be. 'Treat others the way you would want to be treated ' he felt that there was no need for any other laws if we all could simply adhere to this simple, yet somehow impossible principal
Being a father was Sean's favorite role in this life. Nothing made him happier than to be with his Daughter B***** Cook.
Sean P. Cook passed away 10/10/2023 in what is being ruled as suicide. 'This is very clearly an intentional drug overdose" said Kathy Holtz, Maricopa county on site Coroner medical examiner. She continued to say "it will take a few weeks to get the toxicology report from the lab, but the fact that by all accounts Mr. Cook had been in a state of depression over a strained relationship with his Daughter, and her mother and recent financial crisis along with a note he left on his night stand leaves very little doubt that this was anything other than intentional suicide." Sean was 40 years old at time of his death. He is Survived by his Daughter B***** Cook.
