Scott Alan Maddock, born on August 29, 1968, in Burnettsville, Indiana, passed away on January 1, 2025, in Monticello, Indiana. He was a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, known for his easygoing nature and willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
Scott, affectionately nicknamed "Stiffy," was a proud graduate of Nashville Auto Diesel College. He dedicated much of his life to working on cars and was passionate about scrapping, activities that reflected his hands-on spirit. An avid fan of NASCAR, Scott found joy in watching races and riding his Harley, blending his love for speed and the open road with his appreciation for classic rock, particularly the music of AC/DC.
Above all, Scott cherished his family. He is predeceased by his mother Sharon Maddock, son Derick Maddock, and grandparents James and Martha Maddock. He is survived by his three children, Josh Maddock, Zach Maddock, and Morgen Maddock, as well as his cherished grandson, Carsyn D. Maddock. Scott's proudest accomplishments were the times spent with his children and grandson, fostering deep connections that will last a lifetime.
Scott is also survived by his brother, Aaron Maddock, who, along with his family and friends, will remember him for his warm heart and the joy he brought into their lives. His legacy of love, generosity, and passion for life will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
