Obituario
Sawyer ‘Isabella’ Lee Keiler, 19, of Joliet, Illinois, passed away on August 21, 2021 from suicide.
Sawyer was born on February 11, 2002 to Melissa and Gary Keiler in Peoria, Illinois. Sawyer attended Joliet West High School and was passionate about his role in the school’s chess club.
While in school, he enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. Sawyer was also extremely passionate about board games and would often be found in the school library playing with others.
Sawyer met his best friends at his cousin, Steven McCallison's, house and enjoyed spending time with friends, Mattix Rose, Ruby ‘Natalie’ Barras, Raven Lester, John Keyes, Steven McCallister, Karma Evans, Cameron Gonzales, Jaren Smith, Ava Finnli, and his sister, Rachael.
Sawyer’s memory will forever be cherished by his friends and family.
The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to the family’s residence. There will be a celebration of life at 2:30 pm on Saturday, September fourth, at Mayor Art Schultz Park.
