Sara Jean Pratt, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away on January 22, 2024, in Rochester, NY, at the age of 64. She was born on April 25, 1959, in Albion, NY, to Carl Richards and the late Ruth Miller.
Sara was a woman of immense strength, a gentle soul who touched the lives of all who knew her. She was the heart of her family, spreading love and kindness wherever she went. Her warm smile and compassionate nature were a beacon of light in the lives of those fortunate enough to cross paths with her.
Having dedicated her life to caring for others, Sara had a fulfilling career as a professional and private cleaner. She took pride in her work, always going above and beyond to ensure that every space she touched sparkled with cleanliness and freshness. Sara's attention to detail and commitment to excellence made her a highly sought-after professional in her field.
Sara's love extended beyond her work and spilled into her personal life, where she treasured the time spent with her loved ones. She leaves behind her adoring husband, Gary Pratt, who stood by her side through thick and thin. Theirs was a love story that inspired all who knew them.
Sara was also a devoted mother to her children, Matthew Lapp, Andrea Lapp, and Jenni Pratt. She loved them unconditionally and provided unwavering support in every aspect of their lives. Her children will forever carry her love and guidance in their hearts.

A service to celebrate Sara's remarkable life will be held on February 10, 2024, at 1:00 PM at 10847 Waterbury Rd. Lyndonville, NY 14098. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Sara are invited to join in remembering and honoring her at this solemn occasion.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Sara's memory to Jenni Pratt at 12376 Maple Ridge Rd. Medina, NY 14103 to be taken and displayed on this date during her Celebration of Life.
Sara Jean Pratt, you will be greatly missed, but your spirit will live on forever in the hearts of those you have left behind. May you rest in eternal peace, knowing that your love and kindness will continue to touch lives for generations to come.
We will be holding a Celebration of Life for Sara with the help of our Amish friends. They will be supplying food and all are welcome to come reminisce and remember all the great times we spent with Sara. Flowers are welcome with we would love to keep in mind Mom's favorite color was yellow and can be sent to her daughter Jenni at 12376 Maple Ridge Rd. Medina NY 14103 and will be taken to the Celebration of life to be displayed.
