Samuel was preceded in death by his brother John Collins , his sister Beverly Collins and jus brother Jacob Collins. Samuel leaves to cherish a loving wife Ruby Collins, three kids, Barbara Collins, Angelic Collins, Bryant Collins and a host of other relatives and friends
