A devoted family man, Samson is survived by his beloved wife, Navy Walker, sisters Elizabeth, Ellene, Mattie, and Mary, daughter Janis Fareira, son Jason Walker, and stepdaughters Sophia, Maria, and Christine.

Samson proudly served in the Air Force and later enjoyed a successful career as a quality control supervisor for an auto parts manufacturer. After retirement, he became an ordained minister and assistant pastor at Beacon of Hope, where he led a weekly Bible study and taught Sunday school.
