Sammy Dutton, affectionately known as Papa Sam, passed away on June 3, 2024, at the age of 81. He was born on January 19, 1943, in Ware Shoals, South Carolina. Sammy lived in Clinton, South Carolina, at the time of his passing.

Sammy dedicated many years of his life to working at an oil factory, where he contributed his hard work and expertise. He believed in giving his all to whatever he did and lived by the motto, "Make sure whatever you do you put 100% effort."

One of Sammy's proudest accomplishments was witnessing his grandchildren, Hunter Scott and Heather Scott, graduate from high school. He cherished their achievements and took great joy in their success.

Sammy was married to his beloved wife, Racheal Dutton, and together they raised two children, Austin Dutton and Ashely Dutton. Family meant the world to Sammy, and he was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

He is also survived by his sister, Debra Dutton, who will remember him fondly.

Sammy Dutton will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His legacy of hard work, dedication, and family values will continue to inspire those whose lives he touched.
