Sam “Chip” Cooper, born on November 8, 1967, in York, PA, passed away leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter. A lifelong resident of York, Chip was well-known for his warm heart and infectious spirit. He worked as a forklift driver, a role he took pride in throughout his career.
Chip was a devoted father to his four children: Mia (26), Alyssa (22), Jordan (20), and Jecoria (20). He found immense joy in his role as a grandfather, cherishing his time with his five grandchildren: Nariah (8), Nehlani (5), Zayvion (5), and the twins, Lyric and Kingston (1). His love for them knew no bounds, and they were the light of his life.
An avid football fan, Chip spent countless hours watching games, always cheering for his favorite teams. He also enjoyed relaxing with his favorite TV show, "Two & a Half Men," finding humor in the everyday moments of life.
Chip will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family, his passion for football, and his ability to bring a smile to everyone’s face. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
