Sally McDermott, lovingly known as Sally, passed away on March 25, 2024, at the age of 70. She was born on July 27, 1953, in Lincoln, NE, and most recently lived in Pittsburg, KS.

Sally was a dedicated foster parent, devoting her life to providing a loving and nurturing environment for children in need. Her proudest accomplishments were raising her own children, Kimberly, Christy, Katie, and Jennifer. Sally's unconditional love and support shaped their lives and made her a cherished figure in their hearts.

Family always came first for Sally, and her favorite motto in life was "Family comes first." Her defining personality traits were her boundless love and boldness, which inspired and impacted the lives of those around her. Sally had a unique way of helping others, and she touched numerous lives through her kindness and compassion.
