Roya Mir was born on November 19, 2002, in Sacramento, California, and most recently resided in Elk Grove, California. She was a passionate microbiologist and a dedicated teaching assistant, known for her warm and caring nature. Roya had a bright personality that lit up every room she entered.

An avid lover of the outdoors, she enjoyed painting, hiking, and camping, often finding inspiration in the beauty of nature. Her favorite place in the world was Kodiak, Alaska, where she felt a deep connection to the wilderness. Roya cherished laughter and spent her time creating joyful memories with her loved ones, always striving to spread warmth wherever she went.

She is survived by her devoted parents, a beloved brother, and her best friend, all of whom will remember her for her kindness and the love she shared with those around her. Roya's spirit and passion for life will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know her.
