Obituary

Roxanne Valenzuela Salazar passed away on June 9, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas. Roxanne was surrounded by family and loved ones, and is no longer in pain.

Roxanne was born August 8, 1974 to her loving parents Aldofo and Rebecca. Roxanne was the second oldest of 5 siblings, and the oldest daughter. Roxanne grew up with her family and cousins, having fun, going to school, doing all the 80s things that the kids in the 80s were doing, and enjoying her time with family and friends.

Roxanne grew up and started a family having 4 children who were her pride and joy. Sierra, Holly, Adrian II, and Catalina. Roxanne love her children deeply and wanted to make sure her kids knew that. Roxanne built a loving and caring environment for her kids the best she could. Even when the storms came and nothing went the way she planned, Roxanne always made sure her kids came fist, and that they felt loved by their mother.

Roxanne loved the Rodeo, country music, dancing, the Kansas City Chiefs, and beach trips. Roxanne enjoyed going places, being outside when it wasn't too hot, and spending time with her children, grandchild, and little nephews and niece. Roxanne was sometimes hard to live with, and get a long with, and held grudges, but she still loved, and was loved beyond words.

Roxanne was a smart, loving, caring, funny, fiesty, stubborn, incredible, amazing, comforting, good time having, having a cold beer any time of day Person, Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, Tia, Cousin, Niece, and Family Member.

Roxanne is survived by her Mother: Rebecca Sanchez. Children: Sierra Salazar, Holly Salazar, Adrian Salazar II, and Catalina Huerta. Siblings: Andrew Avilar, Adam Valenzuela, Roseanne Valenzuela, and Allen Valenzuela, Grandchild: Audessa Flores, and many other family members. Roxanne was preceeded by her Father Adolfo Valenzuela, and Grandmother: Mary Bustos Valenzuela, and Augustina Flores.

The Lord called her home because he needed an angel. Roxanne went to a perfect place, where there is no pain, no sorrow, no tears, no mistakes, no fear, and no death. Roxanne was, and is still, incredibly loved, and will be just as incredibly missed.
