Rose lived all over, even in Spain. She also attended woodsstock in the 50s which she loved. She was a proud graduate of the Kinyon Campbell Business School . Worked at Walmart, Polaroid, and was a substitute teacher, which she was proud of the most.

Rosemary Louise Cote  

(September 3, 1954- April 30, 2026) 

Rosemary Louise Cote, 71 passed away on Thursday April 30, 2026. Lovingly known as “Rosie”, lived a life centered around love, family, and kindness.  

Born on September 3, 1954 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Stockton and Louise Carmela Riggs, and raised by stepfather Charles Riggs. 

She is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Cote Jr.; her daughters, Angela McMullan and husband Kenny, Donna Reed; and stepdaughter, Nicole Kintner husband Bruce jr.  

Rosie was a proud and loving Nanna to John, Julia, Alyssa, Gavin, and Emily, who brought her endless joy.  

Rosie is Survived by her brothers, Michael Riggs and wife Lisa, and Chuck Riggs and wife Dianne. She is preceded in death by brothers Ralph and Carl Stockton. 

She also leaves behind may sister -in- laws, brother- in -laws, nieces, and nephews whom she loved deeply.  

Rosie had a love for books, especially the works of Stephan King, and enjoyed laughter, family gatherings, and animals. Her time as a substitute teacher was most impactful to her. She will be remembered for her kindness, her strength, and the way she always made people feel accepted and cared for. 

Though her family’s hearts are heavy, they take comfort in the memories she leaves behind and the love that will continue to surround them always.
