Obituary
Rosellyn Passarella, known affectionately as Ellyn, was born on August 11, 1942, in Chicago, IL, and passed away on January 18, 2025, in Fox Lake, IL. She was the beloved daughter of the late Virginia and Raymond Passarella. Ellyn was the loving sister of the late Dorothy Heitman and brother-in-law Douglas Heitman.
Throughout her life, Rosellyn found joy in gardening, dancing, and listening to music, with a special fondness for the timeless tunes of Frank Sinatra and Josh Groban. She cherished spending time in her garden, surrounded by her beautiful flowers, which brought her immense happiness.
Ellyn is survived by her nephew Steven Heitman and his wife Ursula, along with their great nephew Lucas Heitman and David Heitman. She is also survived by nephew Jeffrey Heitman and his wife Julie, along with their children Jeffrey and Jamie Heitman. Additionally, she leaves behind niece Kristen Kelly and her husband Brian, as well as their daughters Arianna and Alyssa Kelly, and great-great-nieces Gracie and Emilia Molinari.
Rosellyn's warmth and vibrant spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
