Ronnie Matthew Stevens, known to many as Ron, passed away on May 11, 2024, at the age of 50. He was born on February 4, 1974, in Sycamore, IL, and most recently resided in Streator, IL.

Ronnie's proudest accomplishments were his four children: Destiny Stevens (Brad Burash) Jacob Stevens, Haleigh Stevens, and Reigha Stevens. He loved nothing more than spending time outdoors, riding his Harley on a beautiful day or out fishing. Ronnie had a love for Joe's pizza and enjoyed listening to Kid Rock, and other oldies to his generation.

Ronnie will be deeply missed by his siblings Jessica Stevens , Clint Stevens, Chad Stevens, Shane Martin, Sara Burgess, Tara Flannery, and Heather Martin. His parent Diana Martin survive him. Proceeding in death by his father Michael Martin. Ronnie attended Woodland High School in Streator, IL.

In his career, Ronnie excelled in welding. He was known for his trickster personality and made everyone around him laugh. He was a great father, softball coach, and grandpa. Ronnie's grandchildren, Kylah Cameron, Karsyn Cameron, and Quinn Burash, brought him immense joy.

Ronnie's favorite sports were football and baseball, and he often shared his love for them with his children. One of his favorite quotes was, "If you ain't first, you're last Ricky Bobby." His impact on the lives of others will be remembered through the laughter and joy he brought to those around him.

Ronnie leaves behind cherished memories and a legacy of love. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
