Robin Byrne (1964-2026)

Robin Byrne, 61, of Franklin, MA, died in Franklin of Bile Duct Liver Cancer on January 8, 2026 , three short weeks after her diagnosis, surrounded by her loving family and friends.

She was born in Natick, MA on November 20, 1964 to Carol Black and David Vorce. Robin was a loving mother, wife, and caretaker. She worked at Golden Pond as a CNA for over 10 years, she went on to work at HMEA supporting adults with disabilities, and later continued her career as a home health aid.

Robin was preceded in death by her husband of 24 years, Gerald Joseph Byrne III, and father David Vorce. She is survived by her mother, Carol Black; brother Richard Vorce; three children, Keianna Estella Byrne, Lacey Marie Byrne, and Gerald Joseph Byrne the IV; and her dearest friend Lisa Young and her two children Brandie Ortiz, her children Jayla and Aleena, and Christina Young and her children Sunny and Fern.
