Roberto was born on May 6, 1959 in the Philippines to Pastor and Rosario Cabactulan. He enjoyed a full life in Philippines, New Jersey, and Las Vegas. He is survived by his wife Mila and daughter Angela Kyle. He is also survived by his siblings Aurora Torres, Junior Cabactulan, Elvira Graham, and Eliza Ganzon. He is survived by his neices and nephews Elvin Jr., and Veronica Torres, Katherine Gomez, France, Liana, and Marykate Cabactulan, JC, Galen, and Valerie Graham, and Ramon Cabactulan Jr. Joness and Josanne Gonzalez. Due to his health, he unfortunately passed away on April 18, 2024.
