Robert Lyons, affectionately known as Julius, passed away on June 15, 2024, at the age of 56. He was born on August 7, 1967, in Jackson, MS, and had been residing in Milwaukee, WI.
Julius had a zest for life and was known for his lively sense of humor. He had a passion for cooking and reading, and enjoyed spending time with his children. His favorite pastimes included joking around and hanging out with his kids, as well as trying new recipes in the kitchen.
When it came to food, Julius had a particular fondness for fried chicken, greens, and smothered pork chops. However, his true happiness was found in the comfort of his own home, which he considered his favorite place in the world.
Julius believed in the power of determination and always encouraged others to pursue their dreams. One of his proudest accomplishments was starting his own business, showcasing his ambition and entrepreneurial spirit.
He is survived by his children, Jason Martin and Jason Jr., who were a source of immense pride and joy for him. Julius is also survived by his close family members, including his parents, Victor and Erica, and his siblings.
With his infectious humor, caring nature, and intelligence, Julius impacted the lives of many around him. He will be remembered as someone who brought laughter and warmth to every gathering.
In line with his motto, "You can do anything you put your mind to," Julius will be missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have shared in his life.
