Robert Charles Kaeser, born on October 27, 1964, in Lawton, Oklahoma, passed away on February 1, 2025, in Louisville, Kentucky. A dedicated truck driver by profession, Robert was known for his generous spirit and charitable nature. He cherished deep conversations over a cup of black coffee and was always ready for a debate.
Robert is survived by his life partner, Clyde Spradlin, and his beloved daughters, Stephanie Holbert and Cynthia Hightower, as well as his sons, Zackary Lee and Kyle Jaggers. He was a proud grandfather to Peapie (Chaylee), Anthony, Ellie, Gracie, Monkey (JJ), Leila, Sissy, Bella, Hunter, and Sterling.
Robert was affectionately known by many nicknames, including Peapaw, Dubs, and Poo Poo. He had a passion for cooking and fishing, enjoying nothing more than having a pole in a body of water. His favorite foods included steak and seafood, and he was a devoted fan of Lady Gaga, Adele, and Katy Perry. He found joy in watching Fox News and the Cooking Channel during his leisure time.
Robert's favorite places included the scenic views of Washington and Florida, where he created lasting memories. He was preceded in death by his mother Etta Mae Young and his father Wayne Kish. He is also survived by his siblings, Steve Kaeser (Ronda), Tammy Conner (David), and Gary Young, several nieces and nephews: Laci, Anni, Kara, Tamberly, and Ben, as well as several great nieces and nephews
As a God-fearing man, Robert's faith guided his life and relationships. He will be remembered for his kindness, humor, and the love he spread to those around him. He leaves behind a legacy of warmth and generosity that will be cherished by his family and friends.
