Obituary

Robert Beasley, lovingly known as Bob or Bobo, passed away on June 14, 2024, at the age of 86. He was born on March 3, 1938, in Toledo, OH, to Byus Henderson Beasley and Margert. Robert spent his final years in Palm Bay, FL.

Throughout his life, Robert had a passion for flying single-engine planes, playing golf, and traveling. He enjoyed indulging in steak, potatoes, and seafood, but his heart belonged to the Smoky Mountains. As an avid Ohio State Football fan, he would eagerly support his favorite team.

Robert's career spanned various fields, including graphic arts, printing, and sales. From delivering papers as a kid to selling printing presses and working as the print and advertising director at Hickory Farms, he left a lasting impact in the industry. Robert's biggest achievement was owning Eagle Press Inc.

He possessed a private pilot license, which he considered one of his proudest accomplishments. Robert's dedication to teaching and imparting wisdom made him a great man, father, and loving husband. He and his beloved wife Lynette were married for over 65 years. Bob had 2 children Robbi and Greg, and grandchildren David, Sarah, Molly, and Emily.

Robert was known for his loving and funny nature, always willing to lend a helping hand to others. He actively contributed to organizations such as the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, and Habitat for Humanity. Robert's strong Christian faith guided him through life.

He will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he impacted. May his soul rest in peace.
