Ricky Lee Hunter, Jr. passed away on May 23, 2024, at the age of 41. He was born on June 18, 1982, in North Adams, MI, and most recently lived in Prestonsburg, KY.

Ricky was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting. These hobbies brought him great joy and allowed him to appreciate the beauty of nature. Ricky possessed a great sense of humor and an outgoing personality. He had a way of making people laugh and feel at ease in his presence. His love for his family and friends knew no bounds, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Ricky is survived by his children, Alexis, Jordan, and Kaydance Hunter, who were the center of his world. He was immensely proud of his grandchild, Melrose Elizabeth Marie Hunter, and cherished the time spent together.

Ricky leaves behind his parents, Brenda (Mike) Webb and Ricky (Malinda) Hunter, Sr., who will forever carry his memory in their hearts. He also leaves behind his siblings, Nicole Hunter, James Kessler, Gerdy Kessler, and Kelsey (Kessler) Richards, with whom he shared many cherished moments.

Ricky Lee Hunter, Jr. will be remembered for his infectious laughter, his genuine kindness, and his unwavering love for his family. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

A private memorial service will be held to celebrate Ricky's life and honor his memory.
