Fixing everything, and creating parts as needed, he once went to car parts supply it was expensive he went home and built the part himself it worked perfectly.

Richard fought 7th infantry Korea Light Fighters - Light, Silent, Deadly, Masters of the Night. He lost his best friend and brother soldier in front of him when the enemy figured out the trajectory location they returned fire blowing him to pieces. Richard continued to fight moving and hitting the enemy with firepower even in his grief, this vision haunted him all his life. Richard while there sent money home to his parents to make their lives better.
That he is very much loved by each of us, we hold him in our hearts and carry him with us. To rest well as he deserves to rest in Yeshua's arms, we'll see him one day again till then rest in our love.
To be there for us, work on cars, the tractor, or anything else needing fixed.

Richard Dyer drifted softly to heaven in his sleep 3:20 am Jan. 24, 2023. It was like him to not wish anyone to hear his last breath, but to remember the words a few hours before - I love you.
Richard is survived by his wife of 67 yrs Gaynelle Ward Dyer, his only child Lesa Gaye Dyer Cross, and his grandson Langdon Grayson Bragg.
Richard is proceeded in death by his parents Cora Belle (Barbee) Dyer and Oscar Cline Dyer. And by all his siblings - Katheryn Virginia Jones, Jimmy Dyer a premature baby, Mary Frances Pelfrey, Clara Marie Adair, Walter John 'Jack' Dyer, William Howard Dyer.
After Korea he worked at North American then later he moved to Newark Air Force Base to where he went from a 9th degree education to taking Algebra and Geometry to become a Gyro Technician, quite a accomplishment. He retired from Newark Air Force Base, and was well respected.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later time
