Richard Kenneth Ohman Jr., known affectionately as Rick, passed away on December 5, 2024, at the age of 78. Born on November 23, 1946, in Melrose, Massachusetts, Richard spent his final years primarily in Costa Rica.

Rick had a career in the Airline industry that spanned 33 years with Delta Airlines, followed by a decade with the TSA. His proudest accomplishment were the children he raised: Michael, Ashley, April, and Alejandro. He also had 5 grandchildren.

An outdoor enthusiast, Rick reveled in skiing, fishing, boating, and hunting. His love for the Colorado mountains was unmatched, where he felt most at home. He had a love for good food, especially Spanish, Mexican and American cuisine, and could often be found enjoying the music of ZZ Top, Bob Seger, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and Glen Frey, to name a few.

Rick had a love for 80s and 90s tv shows like Miami Vice, Married with Children, and Nash Bridges. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, and sister Debbie.

Richard Kenneth Ohman Jr. will be remembered for his loving spirit, his deep love for family and friends, and the joy he brought to those around him.
