Richard Brooks Pahl, known affectionately as Ricky, passed away on May 1, 2024, at the age of 82. He was born on December 19, 1941, in San Francisco, California, and had been residing in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2008.
Richard had a wide range of hobbies and interests, including computers, photography, and becoming an occupation. He had a particular fondness for pizza and Baskin Robbins ice cream. Jazz and oldies music from the 60s to 80s filled his ears, and he enjoyed staying informed by watching and listening to Fox News. He found tranquility in Pinecrest, California, considering it his favorite place in the world. Football was his favorite sport, and any Pixar production was sure to capture his attention.
Professionally, Richard achieved the position of COO at KPF ELEC and was recognized as a talented professional photographer, garnering numerous awards and having his work featured in various magazines.
Richard was married to his first girlfriend from Jr. High, Teddie Rose, and they shared a special bond throughout their lives. He was also a Grandfather to his grandchildren, Madi, Anna, Skye, and Bryan.
Richard was survived by his nieces, Penny and Lisa Pahl, as well as friends and extended family who cherished his presence. His spiritual journey led him to Central Church in Henderson, Nevada, where he found solace from 2015 to 2024.
Rick was preceded in death by his wife Kathy & their two sons Roddy & Bryan Pahl
Richard Brooks Pahl will be remembered for his passion, creativity, and dedication to his craft. He leaves behind a legacy of remarkable achievements and will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.
