On August 21,2024, Rhonda Darlene Troutman passed away peacefully in Ripley, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Irma Lilly and was the mother of 3 sons, James, Jason and Brannon Risner and one daughter, Michelle (Jeff) Talley. She had 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. There will be no funeral services. In lue of flowers, please donate to your local animal shelter in her honor.
