Renato Antonio Maira, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and chef, passed away on June 20, 2024, at the age of 64. He was born on August 10, 1959, in Gela, Sicily, and most recently resided in Jensen Beach, FL.

Renato cherished spending time with his wife, Giuseppina, and their favorite activity was holding hands as they strolled along the ocean boardwalk. Italy held a special place in his heart, as it was his favorite destination in the world. Renato also had a passion for soccer, and it was a sport close to his heart.

As a chef, Renato's laughter was contagious, and his colleagues and loved ones always enjoyed being in his presence. His proud accomplishments included being a grandfather to Mason, Asher, Marina, and Luca. Renato's children, Alberto and Vincenzo, followed in their father's footsteps and became chefs themselves.

Renato will be deeply missed by his wife, children, grandchildren, and all those who were touched by his infectious laughter. He will be remembered for his strength and the joy he brought to those around him. Anecdotes and memories of Renato standing by the grill, laughing and joking with family, will forever capture his essence.
