Reita Hart Billingsley, lovingly known as Mema and Grandma, passed away on May 12, 2024, at the age of 63. She was born on January 28, 1961, in Rockledge, FL, and most recently resided in Panama City Beach, FL.

Reita had a vibrant spirit and found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Her favorite hobbies included walking on the beach and spending quality time with her beloved grandkids. She adored them more than anything and cherished every moment they shared together.

Throughout her life, Reita held various professions and career achievements, including working at Disney World, the Kennedy Space Center, and in stucco, roofing, and security at Bay Point. However, her proudest accomplishments were her children - Misty Vinson (Anthony Vinson), Andrea Espinoza (Robert Hutton), and Laura Billingsley (Kevin Smith).

Reita's legacy lives on through her beautiful grandchildren: Tony Vinson, Savannah Vinson, Jesse Hutton, Noah Smith, Kytara Espinoza, Celty Smith, Sophie Hutton, Wyatt Smith, and Robert Hutton Jr. They brought immense joy to her life, and she treasured every moment she spent with them.

Reita is survived by her sisters, Tenna Edge (Woody Edge), Becky, and Deborah Brimmer (Ray Brimmer). Her warm and kind-hearted nature endeared her to all who knew her. She was always happy, smiling, and down to earth. Reita's sweet and compassionate spirit impacted the lives of those around her, leaving a lasting impression of love and care.

She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Reita Hart Billingsley leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will be forever treasured.
