My family is in a total shock due to Reginald's sudden death! Randy reside in the Lake Owasso facility for over 20 years we suspected abuse. What we found out was true but never believing it would lead to him dying! Due to his diagnosis we couldn't obtain a policy for him!  We are in need of help.  Please anything is much appreciated. Please help us put Randy to rest.
