Mrs. Regina Mary (Damm) Rice, of Flint, Michigan, born on July 15, 1948 in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Mildred Allor Damm and the late Harry W. Damm, passed away, at age 75 on July 13, 2024 in Flint, Michigan just days before her 76th birthday. She graduated from Bishop Gallagher High School in 1956. She worked in the Insurance industry at NGS American. She was the beloved wife of Michael Edward Rice previously married to the late Harold Raymond Kendall. She was preceded in death by her stepmother, Margaret Peggy Damm; and stepsister, Joanne Cusker. Regina is survived by her daughter, Amy Kendall Dawson (Christopher), son Troy David Kendall (Jody); brother, Harry "Mike" Damm; sisters, Christine Damm King and Marcia Damm Fonner; stepsister, Karen Saponaro; grandchildren, Taylor, Mitchell , Isabella, Avery, Jayden, and Gracelynn; dear friends, Norma Zygaj, Linda Leach and Fran Thibideau. Also included in her life was her "adopted" daughter Jennifer Chivas and family who was very near and dear to her. She will be greatly missed.
