Raymund Edward Perez Sr., born on October 13, 1938, in Santa Barbara, CA, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2024, in Denver, CO. He was a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great grandfather, brother, and friend whose spirit touched the lives of many.

Ray, as he was affectionately known, cherished his family deeply. He is survived by his children: Elizabeth Perez, who is the proud mother of Angel, Yolanda, and John; Raymond Perez, a devoted father to Joseph, Pauline, Timothy, Michelle, Jesserae, Christopher, and Nick; Esther Perez, who is the loving mother of Michael, Richard, and Christina. Son Eugene Perez and youngest daughter Raquel. He also leaves behind his beloved siblings, Gabriela, Rosa. Martha, Charles, Melissa and Rita. Raymond has many great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

A devoted man of faith, Raymund watched mass daily and recited his rosary, finding comfort and strength in his spiritual practices. He had a passion for music, particularly blues, Creedence Clearwater Revival and loved playing his guitar. Raymund had an unwavering love for food, particularly Menudo, which he craved in his final weeks. He enjoyed his piping hot coffee at all hours of the day, as well as his favorite dishes like Chile rellenos and enchiladas.

Raymund's warm presence and his familiar phrase, "Love You, God Bless," will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His smiling face and gentle voice will remain in the hearts of his family forever.
