Raymond Michael Shrum, lovingly known as Ray, passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 42. He was born on May 10, 1981, in Granite City, IL, where he spent most of his life.
Raymond had a deep love for arrowhead hunting and cherished the time he spent with his daughters, Aubrie, Taylor, and Presley. His favorite treat was Ooey Gooey Butter Cake, which always brought a smile to his face.
Raymond's greatest joy in life was his daughters. He adored them and valued every moment he spent with them. Wherever his kids were, that was his favorite place in the world.
In his free time, Raymond enjoyed watching TV shows like The Walking Dead and Sons of Anarchy. He was always there for his loved ones and would go above and beyond to help anyone in need.
Raymond is survived by his beloved daughters, Aubrie, Taylor and Presley. He also leaves behind his father, Gary (Mike) Shrum, a sister Candi Shrum and his brothers, Matthew Shrum, Nathan Moore and Timothy Shrum.
Raymond Michael Shrum will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His big heart and unwavering love for his family will forever be remembered. May his soul rest in peace.
