Randy Dean Nowlin “Boxcar Jr.”, age 59, of Columbia, MO, went home to the lord surrounded by family on 08/03/2023 at Boone Hospital Center. Randy was born on 06/25/1964 in Columbia, MO, to Louie Dale Nowlin “Boxcar” and Wanda Coffman. He accepted a position as a Mechanic, at McKnight Tire where he worked for more than 20 years. Randy was a great family man and loved spending time with his wife, kids, and grandchildren. He married Rebecca Cleveland on 11/3/90 in Columbia,MO. Randy enjoyed working on cars and one day he dreamed of owning a 57 Chevy. Randy was preceded in death by his father. Randy is survived by his wife, Rebecca of Columbia, MO; his mother Wanda Nowlin, of Columbia, MO; his son, Corey Nowlin, of Jamestown, MO; and his Daughter, Rose Nowlin, of Columbia, MO. Randy had a total of 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He also had 3 brothers; Robert Nowlin, Ricky Nowlin, and Danny Nowlin, and a Sister, Linda Griggs. A Funeral Service celebrating Randy’s life has been scheduled for September 13th, 2023 at 10 am, at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Randy will never be forgotten! He was loved by so many.
