Phyllis was a devoted mother to her three children, Shanell Terrell, Brandon Terrell Jr., and Annittie Terrell. She cherished her grandchildren, Elijah and Ezra Burgess, Tianne Blair, Tiana Terrell, Kayla Terrell, Lalya Terrell, and Gabriel Terrell, and took immense joy in their lives.
