Phillip Joseph Tardiff, 62, formerly of South Brewer, passed away of lung cancer on March 4, 2024. He was born September 9, 1962, the son of Arthur, Sr. and Lillian (Morin) Tardiff.

He enjoyed watching Westerns, reading Archie comics, and riding his motorbike. He loved the company of his cats, especially Spook. He recently enjoyed painting canes, walking sticks, rocks, and signs. Just like his mother, he was a pack rat, but liked to keep things tidy.

In addition to Phil’s parents, he was predeceased by his brother Arthur, Jr. (Nicky); sister Tina; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Surviving are his daughter Samantha and family; brother Michael (Bubba); sister-in-law Sheila; nephews and nieces, Michael, Mandi, Matthew, and April; great-nephew Grayson; as well as aunts, uncles and many cousins. He is also survived by special longtime friends: Jeff, Dana, Calvin, Richard and Mikey.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to his healthcare providers at St Joseph’s Hospital.

A burial at Woodlawn Cemetery in Brewer is planned for Friday June 14, 2024 at 1pm.
