Had eight children, two of whom preceded her in death
Joined Vancouver Avenue Baptist Church in 1946, later joined New United Christian Family Church
Worked with the Missionary Department
Leaves behind three daughters, three sons, three sisters, twenty-nine grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren
