Penelope Modena (Bilyeu) Jones, born December 21, 1975 passed away on October 6, 2025.

She fought a long and hard battle with cervical cancer and today she gained her wings. Raised in Irving, tx and finally settling in Dallas, TX. She loved her experiences in every town she lived. Of all her accomplishments in life, her short stent in the Army National Guard stands out since she was the oldest member of her BCT training class to graduate. She never really had a bucket list, just things she tried to get done. Living in Alabama was one of those things.

She is survived by her husband of 5 years, Ryan l. Jones, her oldest child, Jeremy Moore, his fiance Kristen Froelich, her first Middle child Jennifer Webb, her husband Arron Webb, her second middle child Ryder Moore. his GF Penelope Greensage, and her youngest baby Jessyka Jones.

Also left behind to cherish her memories are her grands Alek, Jordon, Arkadia, Marley, Anastacia, and Auralia, Damien ;,the lights of her soul!

She Is Also survived by her bonus"daughter" Elizabeth Blair and her family, Her BFF ( sister from another mister)Jennifer Moore Lee and her family and her childhood Bestie Heather Killebrew and her family as well as her seester Kathy Walker, her favorite cousin Christi May and her family and an aunt and uncle. She also leaves behind her "forever family", her RL family (once a lobster, always a lobster), her very dear friend and confidante, debra davis. As well as her SIL, 2 BIL, nieces, nephews and cousins and her skating family too. Lots of life time friendships that were fostered from a young age.

Speed skating was her passion most of her life and she will be remembered by that community as well.

She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas Bilyeu, Catherine (with a C) Bilyeu, all of her grandparents, 2 cousins, and a host of friends that were family. A celebration of love and life at a later date, time and place.
