She had an excellent memory. We used to joke that she was a walking phone book because she could remember everything, and back in the day those phone books they used to deliver to your door were THICK.

Patricia allowed her children to have multiple pets growing up from cats, dogs, hamsters, parakeets... you name it, we had it. But she was especially fond of her newest pet; a kitten named Rocky.

Patricia Cunningham, born on July 22, 1961, in North Kansas City, Missouri, passed away peacefully on September 25, 2024, in Kansas City, Missouri. Known affectionately as Patsy, Patty, or Pat, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister whose love for her family was unmatched.
Patricia held an associate degree in paralegal technology but further went on to be a Transportation Coordinator for the KC Metro. However, her proudest accomplishments were her children, Zac and Jessica Hazlett, and her cherished grandchildren, Lucas, Karlie, Alaina, Aurora, and Colton. She found immense joy in spending time with her grandchildren and was always ready for an adventure, whether it was going home to Birmingham or exploring new places when she could.
Patricia had an infectious laugh and a caring heart that touched everyone around her. She was an avid fan of all things television and was a lifelong fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege to know her.
Patricia was proceeded in death by her mother Myrtle, father Hershel and brothers Richard, Robert & Danny. She is survived by her loving husband, Lloyd (Bill) Cunningham, sister, Connie Carpenter, children, Zac & Jessica Hazlett, daughter in law Ashley Hazlett and her grandchildren, Lucas Fowler, Karlie Fowler, Aurora Coe-Fuller, Alaina Galvin, and Colton Hazlett as well as many nieces and nephews.
