Pamela Jacobs known as Etta Cakes was born Juneteenth 1940 in a small town Alexandria La. Etta got her name from her famous cakes and pies, she had 2 beautiful girls, Cheyenne (50),Chelsea(50). Etta loved her family , culture and Cajun heritage! She was full of God love and spices! Etta hobbies were knitting, singing in her church choir beautiful Alto, baking, caring for others.
Etta was happy within herself, she believed she could so she did!
