She loved her son Tyrese and Daughter Ang with all her heart as well as her dog “Bey Bey”. She constantly took care of her family around her included her nieces and nephews that she loved as children.
She was very adamant on cooking at every family function if it wasn’t the King Way it was NO WAY !!
Her most proudest accomplishments was being able to help and take care of kids. When she became a licensed CNA and teacher she was the happiest she could’ve ever been.
She was blind as a bat but could see anybody’s Bs from a mile away.
Her Kids , Mother, Husband & Siblings
She loved the classroom that’s where all her superpowers were harbored. She will be forever missed in and out the classroom.
She stayed watching her Soaps in the day room during naptime.
Although she was only able to have 2 kids she wanted more and always made sure to take care of her grandkids and nephews as well as all of her nieces.
Pamela Anice King, affectionately known as Pamela James, was born on July 8, 1989, in Philadelphia, PA, and she passed away on October 22, 2024, in the same city she lovingly called home. A devoted mother, wife, and teacher, Pamela’s greatest joy in life revolved around her beloved children, Tyrese and Ang, and her cherished grandkids, Ari and Sodie. She embraced her role as a caregiver not only for her family but also for her nieces and nephews, whom she cared for as if they were her own.
Pamela was an extraordinary cook, insisting that every family function adhere to the "King Way" of preparing meals. Her passion for cooking was matched only by her love for her family and her dog, Bey Bey. As a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and teacher, Pamela found her true calling. She was happiest in the classroom, where she felt her “superpowers” came to life, nurturing and guiding the next generation with unwavering love and commitment.
Known for her candid and direct nature, Pamela had an innate ability to see through any pretense and was always ready to speak her mind. Her infectious laughter and understanding personality made her a beloved figure among her family and friends. Pamela’s life motto, “Life is borrowed time; what we do with our time determines our future,” guided her as she bravely faced challenges, always extending a hand to those in need.
Recently married to Michael King, Pamela found great happiness in her role as a wife, a love she cherished, though it came a bit later in life. Her unwavering faith in God and Jesus Christ provided her with strength and purpose, and she devoted countless hours to community service, including food drives at her church. Pamela touched the lives of so many, leaving a legacy of love and kindness that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew her.
In her quiet moments, she indulged in her favorite soap operas, always finding a way to find joy amidst life’s challenges. Pamela will be remembered not just for her accomplishments, but for the light she brought to every life she touched. She was a fierce protector, a loving caregiver, and the embodiment of strength, compassion, and joy. Pamela Anice King will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will live on in the cherished memories of her family and friends.
Please respect our time as we are all trying our best.
