Olivia Morgan Phillips, affectionately known as Liv, was born on October 1, 2010, in Providence, RI, and passed away on April 25, 2024, in Mesa, AZ. She was a vibrant and spirited individual who touched the lives of all those who knew her.
Liv had a zest for life and found joy in pursuing her favorite hobbies. She excelled in gymnastics, winning medals in competitions across Rhode Island, New York, Texas, and Arizona. Liv also loved swimming and was an active member of the Girl Scouts. Her dedication and passion for these activities were truly inspiring.
Musically inclined, Liv enjoyed listening to Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, and Pink. She had a special fondness for the piano, an instrument she hoped to master one day. Liv also cherished spending time with her family, who meant the world to her, as well as her beloved dogs.
Liv's love for Italian food was evident, and she could often be found savoring her favorite dishes with a smile on her face. Her enthusiasm for life extended to her favorite place in the world, Disneyworld, where she experienced countless magical moments.
In her downtime, Liv enjoyed watching TV shows like America's Got Talent, American Idol, Masked Singer, and Jeopardy. She often marveled at the incredible talents displayed on these programs.
Liv leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory. She is survived by her father, Stephen Phillips, and her siblings Stephanie, Joshua, Barbara, Spencer, and Stefan. Her absence will be deeply felt by all those who knew her.
Liv was an active participant in her community and dedicated her time to the Girl Scouts. She was also a faithful Catholic, finding solace and strength in her religious beliefs.
In honor of Liv's life, the family kindly requests that donations be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, in lieu of flowers. This gesture will support a cause close to her heart, helping children in need.
Olivia Morgan Phillips will be remembered as a bright and determined young individual who left an indelible mark on the lives of those around her. Her infectious laughter, warm heart, and unwavering spirit will be deeply missed. May she rest in eternal peace.
A private internment ceremony will be held for family only with a celebration of life ceremony at a later date.
