Olga Newton, born on November 21, 1933, in Ronald, WA, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2025, in Cle Elum, WA, where she had most recently resided. A beloved member of her community, Olga was known for her vibrant spirit and her passion for music, playing the piano in various bands since a young age.

Married to Robert Newton for many years, Olga cherished her family above all else, including her son, Larry Newton, and daughters, LuAnn (Keith ) Davis and Lori (Mark) Peerboom. She is also survived by her Grandchildren Chloe Pena, Trevor Stine, Collin Stine, Mackenzie Crooks, Shelby Peerboom, and Riley Peerboom. Great Grandchildren Callahan and Eloise. and her sister, Janice Williams. Olga’s contributions extended beyond her family; she dedicated her time to playing songs for preschool children, sharing her love for music and creating joyful memories for the little ones.

Professionally, Olga served as a Para Pro at the Cle Elum Roslyn Schools and also worked at Cle Elum Drug. Her engaging personality and fun-loving nature made her a cherished friend and neighbor. Olga was proud to be named the 2011 Pioneer Queen and was actively involved in the Cle Elum Eagles, contributing to her community in various ways.

In her free time, Olga enjoyed playing the piano, dancing, crocheting, and baking, activities that brought her joy and allowed her to express her creative spirit. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her for her lively energy and warm heart.
