Obituary

Noe Antonio Lovato, also known as Junior, passed away on January 10, 2025 surrounded by his family, at the age of 82. He was born on July 21, 1942, in Holman, NM, to Jose and Lourdes Lovato. A devoted husband to his high school sweetheart, Berlinda, Noe cherished their life together and built a loving family.

They moved to Cheyenne, WY in 1966 and he began working for the Union Pacific Railroad, where he built lasting friendships. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with family and engaging in yard work. He was also a passionate fan of the Colorado Rockies and loved following their games.

Noe was a proud father and took great joy in being a grandfather to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom he adored and spent countless hours with.

As a devout Catholic, Noe found strength and solace in his faith. He attended St. Joseph’s Catholic Church where he enjoyed helping out with funeral dinners. He devoutly recited the holy rosary with his wife

Noe was preceded in death by his son Lee Lovato, his parents, one brother Lawrence Lovato and one sister Josie Medina.

He is survived by his loving wife Berlinda, three daughters Christy McAffee (Jason), Jenny Williams and Lorri Ann Martin (Val), 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, three sisters, and one brother, who will all miss him dearly. Noe Antonio Lovato leaves behind a legacy of love, family, and unwavering devotion that will be cherished by all who knew him.

A Vigil for the deceased will be held at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes in Cheyenne on January 20, 2025, at 5:00 PM. On January 21, 2025, a Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church at 10:30 AM, immediately followed with a gathering at the parish hall.
