Nicole Faye Curry, affectionately known as "Kushy Kush," was born on September 16, 1987, in St. Louis, Missouri. She passed away on September 6, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Nicole spent her life in St. Louis, where she worked at the Dollar General Distribution Center, showcasing her strong work ethic and dedication. A devoted mother and grandmother, Nicole took great pride in raising her children, Brianna Norman, Christopher Curry, D’montez Curry, and Jermane Johnson Jr., and doting on her granddaughter, Jazlyn Faye Dowdy. Her greatest accomplishment was being a loving and supportive matriarch to her family.

In her free time, Nicole enjoyed traveling, fishing, and shopping, with Las Vegas being her favorite getaway. She had a particular fondness for loaded potato bowls and candied yams, often sharing these delights with her loved ones. A fan of the classic TV show "Good Times," she found joy in the simple moments of life, embodying her favorite motto, "Live Laugh & Love."

Nicole's vibrant personality shone through her charisma, loyalty, humility, and beauty. She was always there for everyone, offering a listening ear and a helping hand, leaving a lasting impact on the lives she touched.

She is survived by her beloved mother, Deloris Curry, and siblings Neal Curry, Calvin Sayles, Cassia Curry, Raymond Curry, and Alvin Sayles, as well as her partner, Joe Joe Mason, who stood by her side for the past three and a half years. Nicole will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who will forever treasure the joyful moments they shared with her.
